For example, we closely follow the legal changes within real estate. And if necessary, we can engage a lawyer / bailiff with defaulters: as rental manager we do everything we can to avoid this as much as possible, but unfortunately this is the reality.

Some tenants will not transfer their rent or will not transfer it on time. In the lease, which was signed by both parties at the start of the lease, it was determined on which day of the month the tenant must pay the rent. This can of course be forgotten, so we first contact the tenant directly to check this with him/her. We analyze the default before engaging our legal partners for their advice.
